Based on a study conducted by the Training and Research Department of the Isokinetic Medical Group, an organization specializing in Sports Medicine and Orthopedic Rehabilitation. In this study, 15 participants performed identical tests wearing both their own running shoes and the Adistar BYD running shoes. The tests measured impact forces during repeated movements such as jumps and sprints, simulating the forces typically experienced while running.
